Cratus is a newer wheel brand from Prestige Autotech Corporation, a company that has been developing and delivering superior quality wheels for more than two decades. Cratus wheels offer a wide variety of finishes, sizes, and fitments available in unique designs that support the ever-changing market demands. Prestige Autotech has partnered with 789 to develop and create social media content for their premier brand, Ballistic Off Road, and have entrusted us to help promote their Cratus brand as well. 789 has helped position Cratus on Instagram with significant organic growth, reach, and engagement by creating a consistent look and feel showcasing simple, clean and sleek design. To help distinguish the Cratus brand, we reinforced a high-end, trendy look & feel so that it would stand out in a competitive space. We then took that dynamic theme and applied it to multiple mediums in order to compliment the brand’s uniqueness and sophistication.

Building Integrated Infrastructure

Creating a bold brand for Integrate Lab Builders

Integrate Lab Builders is a boutique, innovative lab construction company, and their brand needed to reflect that. With the use of bright colors and words constructed within each other, we were able to bridge their emphasis of forward thinking design and highly functional builds with a unique brand that stands out within their industry. Since the majority of their clientele was by referral or word of mouth, we created flexible marketing tools and materials, as well as a new website, that really showcased Integrate Lab Builders’ services and abilities. The goal was to communicate why Integrate Lab is the clear choice when it comes to potential projects, large or small. Due to the technical nature of their work, and their ability to identify solutions in several capacities, it was necessary to build a friendly, welcoming introduction video for an initial touchpoint. This video showcased their company’s values to provide potential clients a good idea of why they are the best choice for collaboration.

Helping the Keep A Breast Foundation
spread cancer awareness

Throughout September and October 2022, celebrities, sponsors, and influencers joined forces with Keep A Breast Foundation to help alert women on the importance of self-examination and the availability of a friendly, life-saving app. 789 was honored to help Keep A Breast (KAB) spread awareness and promote their important mission through a 45-day campaign using the eye-catching hashtag #TocateLasChichis, spanning both Hispanic Heritage Month and Breast Cancer Prevention Month. The free, Keep A Breast self-check app connects users who think they may have discovered something during their check with a telehealth medical professional, providing a great tool in preventative health. The resource-filled app is compatible with both Apple and Android platforms and has interfaces in English, Spanish, and French. 789 worked with Keep A Breast on a pro-bono basis, as KAB is a non-profit organization with a mission to reduce breast cancer risk and its impact globally through art, education, prevention, and action.

Publications for Reasons to Believe.

We have worked with a great organization called Reasons to Believe (RtB), a non-profit that bridges faith and science, since 2012. We have assisted them in branding and positioning multiple publications, including the branding and launch of their publishing arm, RtB Press. We have designed over 15 scholarly book covers for print and digital release, with many of them reaching top accolades with media outlets. 789 has been designing and developing about 2 book covers per year with the RtB team and their respective authors. Although the RtB team knows our work product, we never sacrifice the creative process. We always go through research, concept development, presentation, design, and development phases for each book so that they always evolve into great pieces at the end of the day. With each concept we explore, a unique design style is applied to reinforce the book’s message and content. From flat-pattern, abstract, photo composites, type-driven, and more, RtB has put a lot of trust in our team, and we are truly thankful and always excited for the next opportunity to give them more ‘reasons to believe’ in us nerds.

Bay Shells Rowing is a family-owned operation located in Washington that proudly handcrafts the Bay 21, the ultimate multi-purpose single open water shell! 789 was excited to help rebrand Bay Shells and update their website to make it more modern, accessible and user-friendly- just like the Bay 21! We wanted to reflect the recreational versatility and open water capabilities of the company’s best-seller in the new logo, with consistent design elements throughout the brand and website. The new website was upgraded for the user experience, including ease of mobile accessibility. Paying tribute to the craftsman at Bay Shells Rowing, we wanted to make sure the brand reflected the artistry and care of their innovative product.

for Experian.

Experian is a multinational consumer credit reporting company that collects and aggregates information on over 1 billion people and businesses. The President of Experian Targeting and Data Quality Services had to present and lead a session at the Masters of Data and Technology Conference in 2020, and 789 was asked to develop a memorable presentation. We designed and developed it so that it felt dynamic and new, while also following and complimenting the Experian brand guide. We called it “Trust is a Privilege,” and it covered the responsibility of companies using data and technology to drive consumer experience.

Municipal Water District for an educational
and fun conservation campaign.

789 was excited to partner with Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District on a fresh, new campaign that celebrates the role water plays in our daily lives, and the importance of conservation. Using bright colors, bold messaging, and isolated images, the campaign aimed to make the audience stop, think, and act. In order to reach a wide audience via social media, ads for this water education campaign were created in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. This multi-media campaign is showcased digitally and in print throughout the San Gabriel Valley.

better serve their clients.

The Place Within has been serving the counseling and mental health needs of Southern California for more than 25 years. Founded in 1988 by licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, they serve their community in significant ways. 789 was happy to assist when they were developing their brand. When creating the brand for The Place Within, we wanted to use colors and imagery that was inviting, but also representative of calmness and peace. The lotus flower used in the logo is a sacred symbol for purity, rebirth, and strength, which are all values that the company hopes to instill in their clients. We also helped them develop their outreach materials in both print and digital. These materials were created to reach both clients and other therapists, as The Place Within is also a therapist training organization, offering a varied group of talented counselors a rich program of traditional and complementary theories, concepts, values, practices, and techniques.
